Supervision and quality control: Our wine is made under the meticulous care of our enologist Lucas Mendoza, one of the most prestigious winemakers of Argentina. Marcelo Richard and Mauro Villarejo manage day by day the efforts of everyone at the winery to guaranty the quality search in all our products.

At some point during the year the weather changes and the sky becomes the main protagonist of the future of our vines and wines. The hail fear shows and it make us look continuously up to the sky, studying the clouds and the winds.
It is still cold!! Very cold!! Halfway through the month some snowflake started to fall on the state. The snow doesn’t settle, but the cold and humid weather front since like it will stay all night. The cold it is very intense and we reach the -12ºC. Chopping firewood and keeping the fire alive are basic activities that are repeated during the day.
We have planted some Liquidamar at the ditch perimeter and Fornios and canes at the lake. We hope that they adapt to our clay soil and stay with us for many years.
