Since 2008 we are making wines with Chardonnay grape. The Chardonnay grain is small, round and with a honey color once it is mature. The must tat it produces is soft and aromatic and with the characteristic of a high sugar content. The wine from the Chardonnay grape is more yellow than others due to the tone skin tone of the grape.
They are delicate and deep wines with real personality, full of fruity and floral aromas and with intense flavors.
Cabernet Franc: The wines obtained from this grape variety are very aromatic and it brings to the memory aromas of red and black fruits, pepper and vanilla and although the have little color and body it’s used to assemble with other grape varieties. It capability to aged well it is very high.
